And do you have any major brand which you've provided your products to?
We do not publish our customers' brand names. Supply agreements in this category are normally covered by non-disclosure obligations, and naming a buyer without written consent would put their sourcing arrangements at risk. References are therefore provided directly, with the buyer's consent, rather than listed publicly.
What can be described is the profile of the businesses we manufacture for, the kind of programs we run, and how you can verify the claims for yourself.
Types of customer we manufacture for
| Customer type | What the program usually involves |
|---|---|
| Private-label and own-brand retailers | Customer artwork and branding applied to an existing product platform, or a specification developed for the range |
| Importers and wholesale distributors | Repeat container programs across a fixed SKU set, with the specification held stable between runs |
| Brand owners and OEM/ODM buyers | Product development from a brief, drawing or physical sample, through tooling and sampling |
| Gift, promotional and licensed programs | Kits configured to a fixed price point and a campaign date, including custom packaging and inserts |
| Marketplace sellers | Retail-ready kits shipped to fulfillment centers under DDP terms |
Gift and promotional programs
Gift and promotional work is one of the program types we run most often, and it differs from standard wholesale in three ways: the price point is set by the campaign rather than by the range, the delivery date is tied to an event, and the packaging carries the customer's own artwork. These are usually run as private label or ODM projects, with the configuration agreed before sampling begins.
Because the end brand on a gift or licensed item is frequently a third-party property, these programs are usually subject to the customer's own confidentiality requirements, which is why they seldom appear in any published reference list.
What we can state on the record
- Art supplies manufactured in our own facility since 2010
- Exporting to more than 60 countries
- MOQ from 300 sets per SKU on standard lines
- Lead time of 15-45 days, depending on specification and packaging customization
- Certifications held include EN 71, ASTM D-4236, CE and BSCI
How to verify us without a published name list
A logo list proves very little, so we ask buyers to test the parts of the relationship that a logo cannot demonstrate: request a sample built to your own specification and inspect it, ask for the test reports that apply to your market (EN 71 and ASTM D-4236 for the EU and the US), and start with a trial order at MOQ before committing to a container program. Whether a factory holds a specification across repeat runs shows up in the second order, not in a reference list.
If you need a reference
Where a buyer is willing to be named, we will ask for their written consent and put you in touch directly, so that the introduction comes from the customer rather than from us.
