Art Supplies Dropshipping: You Sell, We Pack and Ship

You take the order and keep the customer. We hold the stock, pick it, pack it and ship it — under your branding, to your customer or to your fulfillment center. It is the same factory that makes the products, so there is no intermediary between the order and the shelf.

Art supplies packed and ready for dispatch

The model in three steps

  1. You sell — through your store, marketplace listing or a subscription box.
  2. We pack and ship — we hold the stock, pick the order and dispatch it with your documents and your branding.
  3. You keep the margin — you set the retail price; your cost is the landed factory price plus the shipment you choose.

Who it suits

  • New stores testing whether art supplies will sell before committing to a container
  • Existing stationery, craft or gift retailers adding an art range without new warehousing
  • Marketplace sellers who need retail-ready units delivered to a fulfillment center
  • Craft-box and subscription services that need recurring, identical components

Blind shipping and packaging

Parcels ship without supplier branding, and with your documents, so the customer sees only your brand. Inserts, care notes and any marketplace-required labels are applied as part of packing. If you sell through a marketplace that specifies carton strength, labelling or barcode placement, send the requirement sheet and we pack to it.

Order size and replenishment

Fulfillment works on stock you have already placed at the factory. Stock lines start at 300 sets per SKU, and production runs on a 15-45 day lead time depending on specification and packaging customization. Once the stock is in place there is no minimum per customer order — the constraint sits on replenishment, not on the individual parcel. Where a product is made to order rather than stocked, lead time is confirmed per SKU.

What we need from you

  • Product list and the retail price you are targeting
  • Destination countries and whether orders go direct or to a fulfillment center
  • Any marketplace rule sheet for cartons, labels and barcodes
  • Branding files for products, packaging and inserts
  • Expected order frequency, so stock cover can be planned rather than guessed

How to start

Send the product list, the destination and the marketplace requirements. We will come back with pack options, a per-unit landed cost and a replenishment plan. These pages cover the related questions:
