Lead time
Production lead time: 15-45 days, depending on specification and packaging customization. Stock items ship in about 3-4 days. Lead time runs from sample approval and deposit, and the approved sample becomes the production reference.

Documents are product-specific, not company-wide. A report issued for one brush set does not transfer to another, so coverage is confirmed against the exact SKU you select — before the order is placed, not at the shipping stage.

A brush set only stays consistent if the handle, ferrule and brush head are matched run after run. Because the components, assembly and packing are handled in one facility, there is no intermediate supplier to re-confirm the specification with — and no gap between the approved sample and the production run.
