H&B colored pencil MOQ starts at 500 sets per SKU. OEM and private label orders are negotiable depending on packaging complexity and color count.
For standard wholesale orders, the minimum order quantity begins at 500 sets per SKU. H&B offers 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 120 and 150 color sets in oil-based, water-soluble and metallic finishes. For OEM and private label programs, MOQ can be negotiated based on packaging complexity, custom color formulation and branding requirements.

H&B produces alcohol dual-tip, water-based, permanent, and specialty metallic/fluorescent markers in sets from 12 to 80+ colors, with OEM customization available.
H&B's marker program covers the full spectrum of buyer needs. The professional line uses alcohol-based ink with dual tips (brush plus fine) for illustration and design work. The student line is water-based, low-odor and non-toxic for classrooms. Permanent markers serve industrial and labeling applications, while metallic and fluorescent specialty sets target gift and craft segments.

Yes. Every H&B children's product complies with EN71 and ASTM D-4236, uses non-toxic formulations, and is batch-tested by third-party labs before export.
H&B children's lines, including washable oil pastels, water-soluble colored pencils and marker sets, are formulated without heavy metals or harmful chemicals. Compliance is verified against EN71 (European toy safety standard) and ASTM D-4236 (US art material labeling standard), and each production batch undergoes third-party laboratory testing before shipment.

H&B oil pastels deliver richer, creamier, blendable color with higher opacity than wax-based crayons, and work on paper, canvas, wood and mixed media.
Regular crayons are primarily wax with a small pigment load, which makes them firm and durable but limited in coverage and blending. H&B oil pastels bind concentrated pigment with non-drying oil and wax, producing a softer, creamier stick that lays down smooth, saturated color. The result is stronger opacity, smoother layering and true blending capability that wax crayons cannot match.
