Do you have your own designer?

Update Time:2026/9/30

Yes. H&B Art has an in-house design and R&D team rather than outsourcing development to a third party. The team covers three areas that OEM and private label buyers usually need to move at the same time: product development, packaging artwork, and color assortment planning.

What the in-house team handles

AreaWhat is developedTypical buyer need
Product developmentComponent configuration, core hardness, color counts, accessory listsBuilding a reference that fits a target price point
Packaging and artworkTin, carton and case artwork, inserts, instruction sheets, label layoutPrivate label launch, gift-facing presentation
Color assortmentColor counts and palette selection by market and end userClassroom, student, hobby and artist positioning

How development runs with a buyer

Development is handled against a brief rather than as a standalone design service. Buyers share the target market, the intended price point and any reference samples, and the team returns a configuration proposal plus artwork for approval. Because design and production sit in the same facility, changes agreed at the sampling stage are carried through to the production line without a handover between suppliers.

What to send with a design request

Useful inputs are the target market, the channel, the intended retail price point, the color count required, and any brand assets. Where a buyer already has artwork, the team reviews it for print feasibility on the intended structure before a sample is produced.
