What are your payment terms?

Update Time:2026/9/28

H&B Art accepts Western Union, credit card, e-checking and PayPal, and standard bulk orders are settled by telegraphic transfer on a 30% deposit with the 70% balance due before shipment.

Standard structure for bulk orders

StageShareWhen
Deposit30%Before production begins
Balance70%Before shipment

This structure is what allows production to be scheduled without tying up working capital, and it is the same for OEM, ODM and private label programmes. Larger container programmes are quoted on their own terms.

Methods accepted

  • Telegraphic transfer — the standard method for bulk orders
  • Credit card and e-checking — convenient for samples and smaller orders
  • PayPal — suited to sample and trial quantities
  • Western Union — available on request

Why the split sits where it does

The deposit covers raw materials, which are committed at the start of the run rather than at the end. The balance is settled before shipment, so the goods are released against a completed payment rather than an outstanding one — which keeps documents, freight booking and release on a single timeline.

Confirming your own terms

Payment terms are restated in the proforma invoice issued with the order confirmation, so the structure that applies to your quotation is the one on that document. If your procurement process requires different staging, raise it at the quotation stage rather than after the deposit has been paid.
