What product certifications and test documents can you provide?

Documentation covers both art-material and toy-safety requirements, and what applies depends on the product and the destination market. The principal documents are CE including the Declaration of Conformity, EN 71, ASTM D-4236 and the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS); the company is also audited under BSCI for social compliance.

Documents available and what they cover

Documents are product-specific, not company-wide

A company-level certificate should not be treated as proof for every product. Coverage has to be verified against the exact product reference: the SKU, its formulation, any coatings, its packaging and the regulations applying in the destination market. Reports issued for one formulation do not transfer to another, so the relevant documents are confirmed against the product you actually select.

What we review before confirming coverage

• The SKU and its formulation, including coatings and components
• The destination market and the regulation that applies there
• Current test reports and their validity
• Whether your own compliance or platform requirements add anything further

How to request documents

Provide the product reference and the destination market, and state which documents you need and whether originals or scanned copies are required. Documents are then confirmed for that specific product before the order is placed, so that nothing depends on an assumption at the shipping stage.
